Shipping policy

Made to order

We don't hold inventory. Every item is printed or embroidered after you place your order — that's what lets your church offer a full catalog without buying stock up front.

Production time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Large group orders, embroidery, and event orders can take longer. If your order is tied to a date — a camp, a conference, a launch Sunday — email us before you order and we'll confirm whether it's achievable.

Transit time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Orders with multiple items

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one package if they're produced on different equipment. You are never charged extra when this happens.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your order arrives damaged, email info@steepleandstitch.com within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before production begins; after that, packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at additional cost.
