Checking on an order
Every item we sell is made after it's ordered, so most orders ship within 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as yours leaves.
If you need an update, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout and we'll track it down for you.
Something arrived wrong?
Send us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. If an item is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full details.
